- Customer Service Associate for telephone, e-mail, and live chat support. Attention to detail, integrity, and quality must be your core competencies for this role.
- Web Hosting Sales Associate with an emphasis on building deep customer relationships and a genuine desire to help Prominic's customers.
- Server administrators skilled in building and supporting robust, high availability, distributed computing clustered environments.
- Software developers for Prominic's internal systems who have the skills necessary to build complex distributed automation systems.
- Website and graphics designers who can also function as website content creators to make information easily understandable to customers.
Technical skills necesary for these roles include the following:
- IBM Lotus Notes / Domino Administrator and Developer
- Java, Tomcat, JBOSS, WebSphere, J2EE and SOA Architects with strong XML and RPC skill sets
- Microsoft Exchange, IIS, .NET, and Windows Server skill sets
- Computer hardware support, system builder integration, and networking
- DB2, MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres database engine skills - strong SQL background
- Adobe Flash and Graphics designers for image and site content rendering
- JavaScript, Adobe Flex, XHTML, DHTML, and strong CSS skills
