In addition to the standard Monthly Support included with all of our packages at no extra charge, additional support hours can be purchased in bundles, lowering the per-hour cost of support. Bundles must be prepaid in full and support hours do not roll-over. Bundled support hours must be used within 1 month of purchase. Any support used above and beyond the included support and/or purchased bundle reverts to base per-hour pricing.
